My real estate career started at 19 years-old As a matter of fact, real estate is the first and only job that I ever had. It is my passion, my love, and my life. I graduated from the University of Washington Business School and have grown up in the greater Puget Sound area. I know the Greater Puget Sound Area inside and out. My track record of success and long list of happy clients is proof of my ability to get the job done right. Because families matter My whole family has been in the real estate business. I am the second generation in our family-owned real estate company, WPI Real Estate. My cousin has been a successful real estate developer for over 25 large residential development projects in the Puget Sound area, my uncle had been the broker for WPI Real Estate for 15 years, and my aunt has been the President for WPI for over 25 years. Working side-by-side with my family has been my greatest enjoyment as well as given me the opportunity to learn all of their wisdom from over 100 years of combined experience in real estate.

James has been in the Lending and Banking industry for over 7 years. In addition to working as a Mortgage Broker, he has also devoted his time and knowledge in assisting his clients in the buying and selling of real estate. Knowing that real estate is the biggest investment anyone can make in their lifetime, James has guided his clients from the start to finish, while maximizing the full rewarding experience in a real estate transaction. Aside from his Real Estate and Mortgage profession, his past experience includes providing credit counseling that enables his clients to purchase real estate in the near future. James enjoys golfing, playing tennis, and traveling on his spare time.
Jessica Ng Sales Assistant Jessica graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in Anthropology. She has been involved in the real estate industry since the beginning of 2004. Her career started out with being the receptionist for a John L. Scott office and thereafter became a successful transaction coordinator. Her aspiration of the real estate business has given her the motivation to thrive in the industry. She is ecstatic to be a part of WPI’s family. Jessica purchased her first condo in 2006 and understands the ethical and professional obligation agents owe to their clients while helping them with the stressful buying and selling process. As a result, her dedication to assist The Wu Team in providing excellent client services is a top priority. Jessica currently lives in Bothell with her crazy Orange Tabby, Boots. She enjoys spending time with family, friends, and loves the sunshine.
